Part of Lamnth's core mission is to present our unique pairing to student composers at institutes of higher education. Our institutional residencies involve a masterclass on composing for cimbalom, as well as a presentation on best practices when writing for cimbalom and violin showcasing examples from our existing repertoire, with a hands-on approach and a continuous back and forth fostering collaboration in the truest sense. In our first three seasons, we premiered fifteen new works by students at Brandeis University, New England Conservatory, and Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
